The Law states “Safeguarding is everyone’s business”.

Here at Middlesbrough AC (Mandale), we take our athletes and club members’ welfare seriously and have both male and female welfare officers; Marino and Katie, if any athlete has any concerns, please don’t hesitate in contacting either, by email, their details are in the contact us page, or submitting the appropriate form below, all information is confidential.

The ‘Report a Concern Form’ is for any athlete or club members (including parents and carers) to inform Middlesbrough AC (Mandale) about any concerns or to notify us of a safeguarding concern.

If your concern is urgent and requires an immediate response, please call 999 or the NHS Mental Health Response Service (0800 0516 171) if the concern is related to someone being unable to keep themselves safe.

The NHS Mental Health Response Service phone line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for people of all ages living in County Durham, Darlington, Teesside, North Yorkshire and York.
